<H2>弃画被拼贴后出卖韩静霆斥之为“一大奇闻”</H2>
从作家、画家韩静霆处了解到，几个月前他搬家时撕碎抛弃的画作，不久前发现出现在山东高唐的市场上，并同时在网络上出售，价格为几百元至数万元不等。对于这一现象，韩静霆伤心而又气愤，称之为画坛“一大奇闻”，呼吁美术界、收藏界乃至全社会关注，并为建立社会公德而努力。 韩静霆首先以作家闻名，在小说、散文、戏剧、影视、报告文学、歌词等领域均有建树。他的《战争，让女人走开》、《凯旋在子夜》、《今天是你的生日——中国》等作品，广为流传，广受好评。同时韩静霆还是一个颇有独创性的画家，他师从齐白石弟子许麟庐近30年，得其真传，又将文学功力注入画中，再加上他对音乐的造诣(1968年毕业于中国音乐学院民族器乐系)，形成了独树一帜的文人画风格，有评论家称之为“文者画之极”。 韩静霆视艺术为生命，他经常把时过境迁不尽如人意的绘画作品撕成碎片，意在告别过去、否定自我、不断超越。不久前搬家时，他将二十多年中的几千张画作撕毁，由于时间紧张、工作量大，他曾请来同事、朋友和帮手帮忙。没想到，就是这些被画家本人撕碎的作品，居然在市场上“复活”了。时隔数月，他的好友从他老家山东高唐打来电话，说有人正在出卖韩静霆的画作，其中一张大幅《荷花》售价数万元。经调查，有人把画家撕碎的画拼接起来加以装裱，公然上网售卖或电话销售，并注明:“撕碎后拼”，“品相大多不好”。韩静霆向记者出示了几幅从不法分子手中买回来的“画”，每个拼接处甚至毫不掩饰地存留着拼贴时铅笔标注的编号。由于这些画的落款印章当初都被画家非常仔细地撕碎，所以现在一律以拙劣的造假代替。 据韩静霆了解，这个非法经营“链条”是从倒卖废纸开始的。当这些废纸“垃圾”被卖到山东聊城后，由无照画廊经营者进行“粘贴”，然后再卖给无照画商，进入市场流通。 韩静霆说，这些非法经营者无视法律，既没有接受委托，更没有征得作者同意，却在市场上非法出售牟利，绝对是法制社会所不允许的。他愤慨地说，这些画本是我自己亲手毁掉的，如今违反我本人意志被拼接粘贴后在市面上流通，无异于把我蓬头垢面地推向大庭广众，实在是对艺术家的极大侮辱和不尊重。 韩静霆呼吁对这种现象予以谴责，并在全社会建立公德心、公信力。他保留在必要时候以法律捍卫自己的权利。

1、印尼“树人”手脚生出树枝树根

英国《每日电讯报》独家报道过有关“印尼男子手脚生出树枝树根”的新闻。37岁的印度尼西亚男子德德得了一种怪病，他的四肢仿佛树干一般，居然生出了错综盘踞的树枝和树根状的肉瘤。在接受长达9个月治疗、历经8次手术后，今年8月，德德成功摆脱了使他无法行动的肉瘤。

    2、世界最小女孩以小尺寸为荣 
    无论是在身高还是在体重方面，吉奥蒂·艾姆奇可谓是世界上最小的女孩。她体重仅5公斤，身高只有58厘米。这个女孩患有先天性软骨发育不全症，注定她永远是个“小矮子”。然而吉奥蒂从不为身高苦恼，她说她享受身高带给她的名气。吉奥蒂期望着有一天能当演员，进军宝莱坞。

　　3、英国商务部新logo看了让人脸红 
    英国商务部的全称是Office of Government Commerce，缩写为OGC，由于旧的logo已经用了很多年，商务部花了14000英镑请人设计了一个新的logo。新logo随后被印在英国商务部专用的鼠标垫及笔上，可是不久后有员工发现，新logo竟然隐藏着惊人的尴尬。把新logo顺时针旋转90度就会发现，它其实是一个令人脸红的图示。

研究人员跟踪了牛津大学数据库中最被滥用的流行语，这一数据库覆盖了书籍、杂志、广播、在线媒体和其它来源。这十大词语分别是：在一天的结尾(at the end of the day)；十分特别(fairly unique)；就我个人而言(I personally)；此时此刻(Atthis moment in time)；恕我直言(With all due respect)；绝对(Absolutely)；噩梦(It's a nightmare)；不应该(Shouldn't of)；24/7；这么简单的事情(It's not rocket science)。《每日电讯报》统计证明，这十大词语确实会让读者怒火中烧。

    今年7月下旬，美国一名摄影师在南非国家公园拍摄到了猎豹攻击鳄鱼的精彩照片。据这名摄影师介绍，这头猎豹捕食鳄鱼的整个过程只有短短的5分钟。这也是人类第一次拍摄到猎豹捕食鳄鱼的照片。此前人们曾记录鳄鱼杀死猎豹的案例，但是还从来没有看到过猎豹将鳄鱼当成美味享用。

    7、英国广播公司愚人节播出会飞的企鹅 
    如果设立愚人节最有创意的故事奖，得奖者非英国广播公司莫属。据悉，BBC4月1日播出的最新一辑自然历史纪录片《进化的奇迹》中，竟然可以看到会飞的企鹅！
    报道说，该纪录片摄制组在南极乔治王岛进行拍摄时，意外拍到了一群南极企鹅飞行迁徙的壮观场面。报道还说，BBC1台的观众将在这期节目中大饱眼福，不但能看到企鹅们从南极起飞，还将看到它们飞越数千英里前往阳光和煦的亚马逊雨林。

8、英国惊现最复杂麦田怪圈

    2008年9月24日，英格兰威尔特郡惊现一个直径约为150英尺的三维立体麦田怪圈。它距一个拥有5000多年历史的新石器时代墓葬坑遗址只有几十米之遥。从图案的复杂性来看，这标志着麦田怪圈的艺术水准已经达到史无前例的程度。
    有专家表示，该麦田怪圈显然是代表圆周率小数点后10位数的编码图片。中心附近的小圆点其实就是圆周率的小数点。密码是根据十个成角片断编成的，而放射状扩散则代表每个片断。
