<P align=left>设备用途及基本要求：钛合金表面处理槽液中增氢量的控制、钛合金原材料中氢元素接收检验、<BR>不锈钢材料中氮、氧元素接收检验等。<BR>
<P align=left>The control of the quantity of hydrogen added in titanium alloy surface treatment bath, the acceptance <BR>test of hydrogen in the raw material of titanium alloy and the acceptancetest of the oxygen and nitrogen <BR>elements in stainless steel materials and so on.<BR>
<P align=left>2.主要技术参数：<BR>
<P align=left>①测金属和无机材料中的氮氢氧元素，一次进样，氧氮氢三元素同时出检测结果。
<P align=left>②分析范围：氧0.05ppm-5%，氮0.05ppm-3%，氢0.1ppm-0.25%<BR>
<P align=left>分析精度（二者满足其一）：氧0.025ppm或0.5%RSD，氮0.025ppm或0.5%RSD，氢0.05<BR>ppm或2%RSD。<BR>
<P align=left>① Required to measure the nitrogen, oxygen and hydrogen elements in metals and inorganic materials, <BR>simultaneously obtaining the test result of the three nitrogen, oxygen and hydrogen elements by sampling <BR>once.
