Upon listing an additional article on this list, the Director of Maintenance or<BR>delegate, will forward a copy to the FAA within one week by Fax or by Email or hard<BR>copy sent to the following address:<BR>FAA<BR>6961 FLIGHT ROAD<BR>RIVERSIDE, CA 92504<BR>Prior to a change the Director of Maintenance will conduct a self-audit in accordance<BR>with FAR 145.209. Items considered in the self-audit will include but not be limited to<BR>housing, facilities, equipment, material, technical data, processes, and qualified<BR>technicians. Form # CAS087 shall be used for the self-audit, instructions are detailed in<BR>QSM-OP-102.
