text-decoration: underline; ">环球网</a>11月10日报道 </strong>11月10日，中国航空工业集团公司（简称中航工业）研制的国内首款具有自主知识产权的轻型多用途水陆两栖飞机——“海鸥300”飞机在石家庄首飞成功。</p><p style="font-size: 14px; line-height: 23px; text-indent: 2em; ">上午10时18分，中航工业通飞副总经理、海鸥300飞机行政总指挥沙长安下达放飞命令，01架“海鸥300”飞机在首飞试飞员孔翔和毛艳霞（我国首位通用飞机女试飞员，也是继空军女试飞员张玉梅后我国第二位女试飞员）的驾驶下腾空而起。约15分钟后，飞机完成首飞相关测试任务，平稳降落在飞机跑道上，全场一片沸腾。首飞试飞员孔翔报告：“海鸥300”飞机一切正常，首飞成功！</p><p style="font-size: 14px; line-height: 23px; text-indent: 2em; ">“海鸥300”飞机是中航工业通用飞机有限责任公司（简称中航工业通飞）成立后自行研制的第一个重点型号，由中航工业特种飞行器研究所（简称中航工业特飞所）设计，中航工业石家庄飞机工业有限责任公司（简称中航工业石飞）制造，历时3年多时间完成了工程设计、试验和样机试制。“海鸥300”飞机从设计发图到成功实现首飞，只用了短短12个月的时间，创造了国内同类型飞机研制的纪录。“海鸥300”飞机成功实现首飞是型号研制过程中的一个重要里程碑，标志着型号研制工作将由工程制造全面转入适航验证试飞阶段。</p><p style="font-size: 14px; line-height: 23px; text-indent: 2em; ">中航工业通飞总经理孟祥凯介绍，中航工业通飞作为我国发展通用航空产业的国家队和主力军，以“创新国家交通体系，打造新型运输模式”为使命，提出了领先发展战略，具体是“要实现产品研发领先、商业模式领先、品牌价值领先、市场规模领先”，成为“国内领先、世界一流”的通航产业解决方案提供商。“海鸥300”轻型水陆两栖飞机就是为了满足国内外市场需要，填补我国轻型水陆两栖飞机的空白而进行研制的，中航工业通飞还将形成完整的通用航空产品谱系，覆盖运动、农林、多用途和水陆两栖飞机以及中轻型公务机等系列用途，形成研发制造、通航运营、客户支持和服务保障的全产业链发展模式，引领我国通用航空产业的发展。</p><p style="font-size: 14px; line-height: 23px; text-indent: 2em; ">“海鸥300”飞机具有独特的机身船体、浮筒和可收放起落架，可以在陆地机场和简易跑道起降，也可以在江河湖泊、水库、海湾等水域起降，并可在海拔3500米以下的高原地区起降。该飞机为可载4-6名乘客的客运型，配置有高性能的发动机和国内自主研发的综合显示仪等先进航空仪表设备，其综合性能达到国外同类飞机的先进水平。可用于公务飞行、飞行员培训、旅游娱乐、货物运输、缉毒缉私、海岸巡逻、搜索与救护、环境监测、森林巡防等。</p><p style="font-size: 14px; line-height: 23px; text-indent: 2em; "><p style="font-size: 14px; line-height: 23px; text-indent: 2em; ">“海鸥300”飞机最大起飞重量1680千克，飞机总长8.9米，翼展12.46米，巡航速度231公里/小时，升限6000米，最大航程1300公里，水面起降抗浪高度0.4米。“海鸥300”飞机的研制将完善我国通用飞机系列，填补轻型水陆两栖飞机的研制空白，为通用航空用户提供一种性能先进、用途广泛、环境适应性好、成本低的多用途水陆两栖飞机。</p><p style="font-size: 14px; line-height: 23px; text-indent: 2em; ">“海鸥300”飞机首飞成功，是实现型号商业成功的重要一步。中航工业通飞的各参研单位将继续努力，按计划严格进行适航验证试飞工作，力争于2011年取得型号合格证，把“海鸥300”飞机推向市场，为我国通用航空产业的发展贡献力量。</p><p style="font-size: 14px; line-height: 23px;
