(2) 目视检查前机轮/轮胎组件的损伤和磨损状况（参考AMM TASK 32-42-01-210-801）。 Do a visual check of the nose wheel/tire assemblies for damage and wear. (3) 用干净布沾液压油(MIL-H-5606)清洁前起落架镜面并擦干。 Clean the nose landing gear piston with a clean cloth moistened with hydraulic fluid (MIL-H-5606) and rub with a clean dry cloth. 1.03 左中前部机身 Left Mid-Forward Fuselage (1) 目视检查左中前部机身和客舱玻璃应无损伤且状况良好。 Do a visual check for damage and the condition of the left mid-forward fuselage and the cabin windows. 1.04 左主起落架 Left Main Landing Gear (1) 目视检查左主起落架应无液体渗漏且状况良好，舱门无损坏（参考AMM TASK 32-10-00-210-801）。 Do a visual check for fluid leakage and the condition of the left main landing gear and for damage to the door. (2) 目视检查左主起落架机轮/轮胎组件的损伤和磨损状况（参考AMM TASK 32-41-01-210-801）。 Do a visual check of the left main landing gear wheel/tire assemblies for damage and wear. (3) 详细检查左主起落架刹车指示销的磨损状况：设置停留刹车，确信刹车磨损指 示杆未磨平（参考AMM TASK 32-43-26-210-801）。 Do a detailed inspection of the left main landing gear brake wear pin indicators. Set parking brake, make sure that the end of the wear indicator pin is not flat with, or below, the surface of the housing bracket. (4) 用干净布沾液压油(MIL-H-5606)清洁主起落架镜面并擦干。 Clean the main landing gear piston with a clean cloth moistened with hydraulic fluid (MIL-H-5606) and rub with a clean dry cloth. (2) 清洁左机翼前缘（参考AMM TASK 57-41-01-110-801或57-41-01-110-803）。 Clean left wing leading edge. (3) 目视检查翼尖小翼、油箱通气口和飞行操纵面的状况。 Do a visual check for the condition of the winglet, NACA scoop and the flight control surfaces. (4) 一般目视检查各放油口应无液体渗漏（左主和中央油箱）（参考AMM TASK 28-11-00-210-803）。 Do a general visual check of the fuel and water drain valves for fuel leakage (left main and center fuel tank). (5) 操作检查燃油箱释压活门（左主和中央油箱）：拉出释压活门手柄，确信活门 开关正常。 Do an operational check of the fuel tank pressure relief valves (left main and center fuel tank). Pull the handle of the relief valve. Make sure that the valve opens and closes. 1.06 左中后部机身 Left Mid-Aft Fuselage (1) 从地面上目视检查机身区域、客舱玻璃、翼上应急出口、各入口盖板、APU进 气口、APU冷却气入口、空调排气口和货舱门应无损伤且状况良好。 Do a visual check as seen from the ground for damage and the condition of the items that follow: fuselage area, cabin windows, overwing emergency exit, access panels, APU inlet, APU cooling inlet, air conditioning exhaust, cargo door. (2) 检查货舱内部地板、侧壁板、天花板无损坏，结构及栏网完好并清洁。对前货 舱和货舱门框进行目视检查，发现脏物及时清洁，特别是由于装化学制品、 海鲜、家禽等货物后，如有液体溢出应立即彻底清除。 Inspect the floor, side wall, ceiling of cargo for damage, and make sure the structure and block net are clean. Visually inspect fwd cargo compartment and doorframe. Clean dirty contamination. Specially pay attention to chemical products, seafood, poultry etc. Clean it entirely at once if liquid flows out. 1.07 左发动机 Left Engine (1) 目视检查进气区域和第一级风扇叶片组件、整流锥、整流罩、各接近盖板、排 放口、排放罩、锁销和排气尾喷应无损伤、渗漏且状况良好。 Do a visual check for damage, leakage, and the condition of the items that follow: intake area and first stage fan blade assembly, spinner, cowls, access panels, drains, drain mast, latches, exhaust nozzle. 1.08 后设备舱 Aft Equipment Compartment (1) 发动机关车3分钟到2小时之间，勤务发动机滑油（左和右发动机）（参考AMM TASK 12-13-79-612-802），在飞行记录本上记录添加的滑油量。 Between 3 minutes and 2 hours after the engine has been shutdown, service engine oil tank (left and right engine), write in the flight logbook the quantity of engine oil added to. (2) 清洁右机翼前缘（参考AMM TASK 57-41-01-110-801或57-41-01-110-803）。 Clean right wing leading edge. (3) 目视检查翼尖小翼、油箱通气口和飞行操纵面的状况。 Do a visual check for the condition of the winglet, NACA scoop and the flight control surfaces. (2) 目视检查氧气释放指示器应在位。 Do a visual check of the oxygen discharge indicator and make sure that it is there. (3) 目视检查机组氧气系统压力正常并按需勤务（参考AMM TASK 12-16-35-614-801）。 Do a visual check of the quantity level of the crew oxygen system and service as necessary. 2.0 机电驾驶舱检查 ME Cockpit Check 工时/MH：15 分钟/Min 2.01 查阅并处理客舱和技术记录本记录的故障。 Review the cabin log and technic log, and properly handle the recorded problems. 2.02 检查适航证、国籍登记证和电台执照应在位。 Make sure that the Standard Airworthiness Certificate, the Certificate of Civil Aircraft Registration and the Aircraft Station License are in position. 2.03 查阅EICAS 各页面。 Review all EICAS pages. 2.04 操作检查着陆/滑行灯、频闪灯、位置灯、防撞灯、机翼检查灯、标志灯、翼上应急 灯、货舱照明灯应工作正常。 Do an operational check of the external lights that follow: landing /taxi, strobe, position, anti-collision, wing inspection, logo, overwing emergency exit, cargo door illumination. DATE 2006.07.20 页号 PAGE NO. 第 5 页共 6 页 东航云南分公司昆明机务办公室制定 2.05 操作检查驾驶舱内所有灯光工作正常，各电门、跳开关位置正常。 Do an operational check of all lights, make sure all switches and circuit breakers are in normal position. 2.06 检查应急设备：消防斧头(1 处)、驾驶舱逃离绳(1 处)、防火手套(1 处)、防烟罩(1 处)和手提灭火瓶(1 处)应完好在位。 Make sure that all the emergency equipments such crash axe(1 place), flight compartment escape rope (1 place), gloves(1 place), PBE(1 place) and portable fire extinguishers(1 place) are in place and good condition. 2.07 检查1、2和3号液压系统的液压油量（参考AMM TASK 12-12-29-611-803）。 Do a check of the fluid level of hydraulic systems No. 1, 2 and 3. 3.0 机电客舱检查 ME Cockpit Check 工时/MH：10 分钟/Min 3.01 检查厕所/厨房的机械/电气设备。 Check mechanical/electrical devices of lavatory/galley. 3.02 操作检查客舱内部灯光、机内外应急灯。 Operationally check the cabin interior lights and the interior and exterior emergency lights. 3.03 检查应急设备：翼上逃离绳(2 处)、防烟罩(2 处)、应急手电(4 处)、应急喇叭(1 处)、 急救箱及封条(1 处)、药箱及封条(1 处)、手提氧气瓶(2 处)、手提灭火瓶(2 处)、厕 所灭火瓶(1 处) 和应急程序操作卡(2 处)应完好在位。 Make sure that all the emergency equipments such as emergency exit escape rope (2 place), PBE(2 place), flashlights(4 place), emergency megaphones(1 place), first aid kit and its seal(1 place), medical kit and its seal(1 place), portable oxygen bottles(2 place), portable fire extinguishers(2 place), lavatory fire extinguishers(1 place) and emergency procedure handling card(2 place) are in place and good condition. 4.0 电子外部检查 AV Exterior Check 工时/MH： 10 分钟/MIN 4.01 左前机身 Left Forward Fuselage (1) 从地面上目视检查雷达罩、静压口、皮托静压管、备用静压管、导航/通信天线 应无损伤且状况良好。 Do a visual check as seen from the ground, for damage and for the condition of the items that follows: radome, static port, pitot static head, standby pitot tube, navigation/communication antennae. 4.02 左机翼 Left Wing (1) 目视检查机翼放电刷(6根)的状况。 Do a visual check of the wing static dischargers (6 place) for condition. 4.03 尾部 Empennage (1) 从地面上目视检查放电刷(3013/3019/3021/3070为12根，3071为14根)应无损 伤且状况良好。 Do a visual check as seen from the ground for damage and the condition of static dischargers(3013/3019/3021/3070:12 place, 3071:14 place). 4.04 右机翼 Right Wing (1) 目视检查机翼放电刷(6根)的状况。 Do a visual check of the wing static dischargers (6 place) for condition. 4.05 右前机身 Right Forward Fuselage (1) 从地面上目视检查静压口、皮托静压管、TAT探头应无损伤且状况良好。 Do a visual check as seen from the ground, for damage and for the condition of the items that follows: static port, pitot static head, tat probe. DATE 2006.07.20 页号 PAGE NO. 第 6 页共 6 页 东航云南分公司昆明机务办公室制定 5.0 电子驾驶舱检查 AV Cockpit Check 工时/MH：15 分钟/Min 5.01 查阅并处理客舱和技术记录本记录的故障。 Review the cabin log and technic log, and correct the recorded faults. 5.02 操作测试TCAS系统（参考AMM TASK 34-43-00-710-801）。 Do an Operational test of TCAS. 5.03 操作测试飞行记录器（参考AMM TASK 31-31-01-710-801）。 Do an Operational test of flight data recorder. 5.04 操作测试话音记录器（参考AMM TASK 23−71−00−710−801）。 Do an Operational test of cockpit voice recorder. 5.05 功能测试时钟系统（参考AMM TASK 31−21−00−720−801）。 Do a functional test of the clock system. 5.06 清洁主仪表板、中央操纵台面板。 Clean the main instrument panel and central control stand. 5.07 检查电子设备应完好，各电门在正常位。 Check the electronic equipments for condition, make sure all switches are in the normal position. 6.0 结束项目 Close-up Items 工时/MH：30 分钟/Min 6.01 装好各罩布、起落架地面安全销、接地线、ADG 地面安全销和空速管套。 Install all the shrouds, landing gear ground safety pins, ground cable, ADG ground safety pins and static heads covers 6.02 如果外界温度低于零度，在航后飞机落地1 小时后对各燃油箱所有放油口实施放油 检查。（并且在该栏签字） If ambient temperature is below zero centigrade, operationally check all water drain valves of fuel tanks to collect water or contaminants after more than 1 hours of aircraft landing. ( sign the appropriate items if done ) 外界温度（ambient temperature）： ___________ºC 6.03 在寒冷天气时，确信饮用水系统和污水箱已排放。 In freezing conditions, make sure the potable water system and the toilet waste tanks have been drained. 6.04 更换QAR磁光盘（本项工作仅适用于基地站的航后）。 Replace the QAR disk (This item is applicable to the aircraft parking at the maintenance base)。 6.05 在技术记录本上记录纠正措施并针对每个纠正的或完成的项目签字. Endorse corrective actions in technical log book and sign against each corrected or carried forward item. 6.06 确认放行人员放行飞机。 Make sure authorized person releases the aircraft.
