<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt"><SPAN lang=EN-US><FONT face="Times New Roman">2.5</FONT></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">包括</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US><FONT face="Times New Roman">IDG COOLER,</FONT></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">我们发动机上很多燃油、滑油部件周围所连接的管路较多都是刚性的不锈钢管，与周围电缆交联时都有相应的卡子连接，特别是在安装时，那些卡子的在管子刚性作用下，容易自己弹入部件与硬管之间的封严面，如果不一个个仔细检查，极易造成维修差错。前段时间某架飞机在重庆更换</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US><FONT face="Times New Roman">FMU</FONT></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">时就发生了卡子进入封严面，虽当时没有问题，在发动机震动下，卡子离位，封严不好，在高油压作用下，造成严重漏油。我们工作时只要按手册安装，执行严格的工作者、检查者制度，绝对可以避免这种低级失误的发生，从而保障飞行安全。</SPAN></P>
