<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt"><SPAN lang=EN-US><FONT face="Times New Roman">1.2</FONT></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">每个油滤安装壳体上都有压差指示器,如果红色指示销弹出,说明油滤较脏,液压油内有磨损的金属屑或者异物,从而使液压油从压差指示器旁通使指示销弹出。这时候就要更换油滤,需要时还要提取液压油样进行化验。</SPAN></P>

<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt"><SPAN lang=EN-US><FONT face="Times New Roman">2.2</FONT></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">更换</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US><FONT face="Times New Roman">EDP</FONT></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">出过几次问题,主要是泵本体上的几根大油管安装时损坏螺纹。有一次,某</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US><FONT face="Times New Roman">319</FONT></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">飞机更换</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US><FONT face="Times New Roman">EDP</FONT></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">,安装回油大软管时软管端接头内螺纹由于工作者没有手带好就用工具造成损坏,因此只有更换该回油软管,该软管的上端是连接一根刚性的不锈钢管,拆这根软管时由于挠性较大,可能没有将上端管接头固定好就直接用扳手拧下端的六角接头,又导致了与软管相连的上部刚性管螺纹咬坏!无奈只有连同上端刚性管一起更换,重庆无件,成都基地送件,造成航班延误和航材损耗。</SPAN></P>
<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt"><SPAN lang=EN-US><FONT face="Times New Roman">2.3</FONT></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">另一个关键点是将</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US><FONT face="Times New Roman">EDP</FONT></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">固定在附件齿轮箱上的四根长螺栓的安装,由于周围附件较多,安装上部两根螺栓时用手难以带上螺纹,而禁止用棘轮扳手、加长杆和套筒直接拧,这时有个小经验就是用手持加长杆一端,另一端安上套筒去带螺栓,用手的力量去带上几圈螺纹,带顺后再用棘轮扳手去拧到位。这样就可以避免粗暴施工可能导致的螺纹和内螺纹咬坏。</SPAN></P>
