<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt"><SPAN lang=EN-US><FONT face="Times New Roman">1.1</FONT></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">正常刹车伺服总成(总管)</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US><FONT face="Times New Roman">MANIFOLD</FONT></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">上包含有三种附件:伺服阀、刹车压力传感器、安全阀,换伺服阀时阀体与总管贴面处有很多铜质和橡胶的封圈,必须打印出</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US><FONT face="Times New Roman">IPC</FONT></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">图纸一一对应更换,避免错漏;某次一架较老的</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US><FONT face="Times New Roman">320</FONT></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">飞机左边这一块儿漏油,原以为是油滤堵盖漏油,后仔细检查发现是正常刹车伺服总管本体一螺孔出裂纹渗油,遂更换总管,老飞机未改装</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US><FONT face="Times New Roman">4</FONT></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">根固定总管本体的螺杆在拆时另一端螺帽需要固定,而固定螺帽需要拆除起落架支柱上的大块整流板,工作量很大,后新飞机改装后更换正常刹车伺服总成时的螺杆都是藏头的,直接拧就可以了,减少了大量的外围工作。</SPAN></P>
<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt"><SPAN lang=EN-US><FONT face="Times New Roman">1.2</FONT></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">以前我们飞机上的正常刹车伺服阀油滤堵盖处经常渗油导致延误甚至外站趴飞机,以致后来飞机上驾驶舱放灯泡的位置都放了两个封圈和一个堵盖,后来厂家解释说可能是我们打保险丝时的拉紧力不够或者是保险丝质量不过关,为此我们做了改进,后来漏油情况就很少见了,以后更换时注意堵盖上白色挡圈的方向,黑色橡胶的</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US><FONT face="Times New Roman">O-RING</FONT></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">倒不需要有方向性,装好后按规定定力,使用合格的保险丝,拉紧并收好口。</SPAN></P>
