<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt"><SPAN lang=EN-US><FONT face="Times New Roman">1.2</FONT></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">按理说故障排到落实到某一个件后已经不难了,剩下的就是细心和耐心地去安装和测试。但是问题往往出现在安装程序上,</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US><FONT face="Times New Roman">FMU</FONT></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">作为一个燃油部件,管路很多是肯定的,这就要求我们按</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US><FONT face="Times New Roman">IPC</FONT></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">一个个地去更换封圈,装封圈时先用油润滑并不能扭曲地装,以防封圈内部产生应力到时候在高压油的作用下破裂,造成漏油。另外,管子多就意味着固定卡子多,发动机上空间狭小部件众多,为了防震和固定,管接头处必然会连接很多卡子和卡片,</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US><FONT face="Times New Roman">FMU</FONT></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">的燃油管接头都是三颗螺栓固定,有些管接头的螺栓同时要起到固定管接头和固定卡片的双重作用,问题就出现了!某次更换</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US><FONT face="Times New Roman">FMU</FONT></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">时就将卡片装入了两根管子的结合面,然后再用螺栓上紧,由于卡片装入,增加了封严面的间隙,影响了封圈的密封功能,在高压燃油的作用下,由最开始的试车检查无明显渗漏,到最后的狂漏油,好像是漏了上吨级别的油!由此可见,一个低级的安装失误,会造成多么重大的后果!</SPAN></P>
