<P>航班不正常事件分析:<BR>本月有 3起不正常事件。不正常千次率为 2.50‰ </P>
<P>1、描述: <BR>2月 14日,因 B5031左发控制灯亮,造成 MU5149/50航班取消。<BR>处理结果:<BR>依据 FIM75-23 TASK803进行 EEC测试(右发)均通过在 CDU中清除&nbsp; 75-20582故障代码后,地面试车检查正常, CDU中无故障记录,飞机放行。 <BR>2、描述: <BR>2月 15日,因 B5031左发控制灯亮, MU2373(虹桥-合肥)延误 1:00,影响了 MU2374(合肥-虹桥 );后运力调配, MU5521/B5210(虹桥-连云港)延误 2:05,影响了 MU5522(连云港-虹桥 );MU5147/B5209(北京-天津 )延误 00:49,影响了 MU5148(天津-北京); MU5559(虹桥-合肥)调换山西公司 B2685,延误 00:56,影响了 MU5560(合肥-虹桥);造成 MU5523/4、MU5117/24航班取消。<BR>处理结果:<BR>查看 CDU发现故障代码为 75-20582,根据 AMM73-21-10更换右发 HMU地面试车测试正常。<BR>分析及总结:<BR>该故障的故障代码为: 75-20582,内容为:TBV位置信号与指令不一致。从故障代码看属于单通道故障。一般来说,单通道故障不会引起发动机控制灯点亮,因此,该故障不是由 TBV引起的。重点考虑 HMU、EEC。地面可以进行 EEC全面<BR>东航河北分公司可靠性月报 737-700</P>
<P>B737-700小结</P>
<P>自检,如双通道自检通过,则应更换 HMU。通常在更换 HMU后,故障可彻底排除。该故障是间歇性故障,但由于会引起控制灯亮,航线维护应尽快排除,否则飞机如果 AOG在外站,将造成很大的麻烦。 CFMI针对 HMU原因导致的 75-x058n故障代码,发布 S/B73-0093(CHTI-73-0020)改装 HMU,建议执行此通告。<BR>原因及预防/改进措施:<BR>更换 HMU的专用工具:856A1827G01,上海没有,得向上航借,或从分公司调,耽误较长时间。建议在上海放一套此专用工具。 <BR>3、描述: <BR>2月 17日, MU5680/B5031(海口-石家庄)因飞机左机翼-机身过热灯亮,滑出又滑回,延误 1:00,影响了 MU5152(石家庄-虹桥)。<BR>处理结果:按MEL26-12授权海口机务放行.<BR>最终排故措施 :航后更换左侧大翼根部防冰超温传感器 .地面测试工作正常. <BR>分析及总结:部件突发故障,外站机务信息滞后造成延误。二、机组报告故障分析:<BR>本月 B737-700机组反映故障 17起,其中无章节进入警戒。<BR>三、重复性 /疑难故障分析:<BR>本月无重复性故障<BR>东航河北分公司可靠性月报 737-700</P>
