Refund For International Flight>>

(Mr. Wang bought n round trip ticket from Shanghai to Bangkok and back to Shanghai in the China Eastern Airlines Booking Office．However, he returned to Guangzhou via Dragonair and came back to Shanghai by other means of transport．As he did not use the return portion of his ticket he wants China Eastern to refund the unused part of his ticket．)>>
