P:     How come? Has the flight been cancelled? No. That seems impossibleOther passengers have boarded the planeWhy should I not be allowed to? I’ve got a confirmed ticket

A:    We know this is very frustrating and inconvenient for youAs all the passengers have already checked in and boarded the planethere is not a single seat left

P  It’ s not my faultI’ve already reserved my seat and I must leave today for a business talkNow everything is in a messItS really annoying
