设备用途及基本要求：钛合金表面处理槽液中增氢量的控制、钛合金原材料中氢元素接收检验、
不锈钢材料中氮、氧元素接收检验等。

The control of the quantity of hydrogen added in titanium alloy surface treatment bath, the acceptance
test of hydrogen in the raw material of titanium alloy and the acceptancetest of the oxygen and nitrogen
elements in stainless steel materials and so on.

①测金属和无机材料中的氮氢氧元素，一次进样，氧氮氢三元素同时出检测结果。 1 @5 @: b) }9 z4 I: Z2 \

②分析范围：氧0.05ppm-5%，氮0.05ppm-3%，氢0.1ppm-0.25%

分析精度（二者满足其一）：氧0.025ppm或0.5%RSD，氮0.025ppm或0.5%RSD，氢0.05
ppm或2%RSD。

① Required to measure the nitrogen, oxygen and hydrogen elements in metals and inorganic materials,
simultaneously obtaining the test result of the three nitrogen, oxygen and hydrogen elements by sampling

② Analysis range: Oxygen-0.05ppm-5%, nitrogen-0.05ppm-3%
and hydrogen- 0.1ppm-0.25%

Analysis precision: (meet one of the two requirements): Oxygen-0.025ppm or 0.5%RSD，nitrogen-0.025
ppm or 0.5%RSD，and hydrogen-0.05ppm or 2%RSD.
