No.: 08 PROCEDURES FOR CHANGING THE CAPABILITIES LIST Any changes in the “Capabilities List” will comply with the requirements of FAR 145.215. Upon listing an additional article on this list, the Director of Maintenance or delegate, will forward a copy to the FAA within one week by Fax or by Email or hard copy sent to the following address: FAA 6961 FLIGHT ROAD RIVERSIDE, CA 92504 Prior to a change the Director of Maintenance will conduct a self-audit in accordance with FAR 145.209. Items considered in the self-audit will include but not be limited to housing, facilities, equipment, material, technical data, processes, and qualified technicians. Form # CAS087 shall be used for the self-audit, instructions are detailed in QSM-OP-102. Seft-audit form # CAS087 will be kept on file for 12 months. CERTIFIED AVIATION SERVICES LLC.
