Engine stayed at idle during thrust reverser operation. After stowing the thrust reverser the engine rolled sub-idle and shutdown. - Result - Air turn back - Maintenance Action - EEC replaced - Root Cause - EEC Memory Corruption (DFDR data duplicated by CFMI testing) • March 19, 2002 - Description - Aircrew reported engine would not respond to throttle prior to takeoff - Result - Aborted Takeoff - Maintenance Action - PEO sensor replaced - Root Cause - Under Investigation (PEO sensor to be returned for investigation) |
