The VHF 1 radio is continuously transmitting, the
most probable cause for this is a stuck PTT switch.
Therefore, check all the PTTs.

You try to select VHF 1 for transmission,
but your selection has no effect.

recover audio control through ACP 3 by
selecting the CAPT 3 position on the
AUDIO SWITCHING selector located on the
overhead panel.
