In CRANK position, the ENGINE
MODE SELECTOR allows the pilot to
dry crank the engine: ignition is not
provided to the engines.
When in NORMAL position, ignition
is normally not provided to the
engines. Continuous ignition (A+B)
can be automatically selected in this
position.
The IGN/START position provides
ignition during an automatic or a
manual start sequence. If master
switch is on continuous ignition (A+B)
is selected.
