You are in flight, all systems are operating
normally.
We are going to study the failure of the left
wing tank pumps.
Click on the forward arrow to
activate the failure.

On the E/WD, read the title of the failure.
The amber message "L TK PUMP 1 LO PR"
means that the left tank pump 1 has failed.

there is no ceiling limitation for gravity fuel feeding.

• Losing one wing tank pump is not critical (no
master caution) because of redundancy (2 pumps).
• Losing both wing tank pumps means opening the X
FEED, and using gravity fuel feeding if necessary
(refer to your documentation).

If the left wing tank overflows, the
corresponding fuel quantity indication is
displayed in amber.
In this case, the center tank left
transfer valve will close automatically,
and will reopen when 250 kg of the left
wing tank fuel has been used.

On the E/WD, the memo “FOB BELOW 3T”
appears when the fuel quantity in either wing
is below 1500 kg.
