A. Safety Precautions  

安全措施
 
(1) On the center pedestal, on the ENG panel 115VU:  
   在驾驶舱中央操纵台发动机面板115VU：
 
(a) Put a warning notice to tell persons not to start the engine.  
     放置警告牌，提示工作人员不要启动发动机
 
(2) Make sure that the engine 1(2) shut down occurred not less than 5 minutes before you do this procedure. 
   确认在做此工作前，左右发动机已停机至少5分钟
 
(3) On the overhead maintenance panel 50VU:  
    在头顶维护面板50VU：
(a) Make sure that the ON legend of the ENG/FADEC GND PWR/1(2) pushbutton switch is off. 

确认ENG/FADEC GND PWR/1(2)按钮开关上的ON灯已熄灭。
 
(b) Put a warning notice to tell persons not to energize the FADEC 1(2). 

放置警告牌，提示工作人员不要启动FADEC1（2）

A. Remove the filler plugs of the hoist points from the fan cowl door. Keep the plugs for installations when the task is completed.

B. Installation of the Tooling

(1) Install the universal attach pads (15) in the hoist points of the fan cowl door (10).  
   在风扇整流罩门（10）吊点上安装通用连接垫（15）
 
(2) Attach the SLING-FAN COWL (RSE1113) (5) to the universal attach pads (15).  
   连接风扇整流罩吊索（RSE1113）至通用连接垫（15）

CAUTION: DO NOT LIFT OR LOWER THE FAN COWL DOOR AFTER THE REMOVAL OF THE HINGE BOLTS OR THE UPPER DOOR SEAL MAY BE DAMAGED.
MOVE THE DOOR AWAY FROM THE PYLON AFTER THE HINGE BOLTS ARE REMOVED TO AVOID SEAL DAMAGE. 
注意：铰接螺栓拆下后不要再升降风扇整流罩门，以免损坏上封严。
      铰接螺栓拆下后将门移开，不要靠近吊架，以免损坏封严。
 
C. Removal of the Fan Cowl  
   拆下风扇整流罩
(1) Lift the fan cowl door (10) until the weight of the door is supported by the fan cowl sling (5).  
   提起风扇整流罩门（10），将门的重量全部转移到吊索（5）上
 
(2) Remove the cotter pins (40) from the hinge bolts (20).  
   拆下铰接螺栓（20）上的开口销（40）
 
(3) Remove the hinge bolts (20), the washers (30), (45), and the nuts (25).  
   拆下铰接螺栓（20），垫片（30），（45），螺帽（25）
 
(4) Remove the fan cowl door (10) from the engine and put it on the DOLLY-FAN COWL (RSE1115) .
   从发动机上拆下风扇整流罩门（10），放于风扇整流罩推车（RSE1115）上

Installation of the Fan Cowl Doors

CAUTION: ADJUST THE FAN COWL DOORS WHEN A NEW FAN COWL IS INSTALLED. IF THE FAN COWL DOORS ARE NOT CORRECTLY ADJUSTED THE DOORS CAN OPEN IN FLIGHT. 
注意：安装新风扇整流罩时需要调节整流罩门，若不正确调节，门会在飞行中自行打开。
 
NOTE: Engine and Nacelle are 2 ways interchangeable but with condition (Refer to AI SIL 71-037).  
注意：发动机和短舱为有条件的双向互换件，详细可参考AI SIL 71-037
 
NOTE: If the fan cowl to be removed has a strake installed, the replacement fan cowl must also have a strake installed. 
For aircraft A320, strakes must be installed on the inner side only. 
For aircraft A318, A319, A321, strakes must be installed on both sides.
注意：如果拆下的风扇整流罩安装有涡流发生器，换上的整流罩必须也装有涡流发生器。
      对于A320飞机，涡流发生器必须只安装在内侧。
      对于A318，A319，A321飞机，涡流发生器安装在两侧。

A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration

(1) On the center pedestal, on the ENG panel 115VU, make sure that a  warning notice  is in position to tell persons not to start the engine.

在驾驶舱中央操纵台发动机面板115VU上，确认禁止启动发动机的警告提示牌在位 
 
(2) On the overhead maintenance panel 50VU, make sure that the ON legend of the ENG/FADEC GND PWR/1(2) pushbutton switch is off. Make sure that a warning notice is in position to tell persons not to energize the FADEC 1(2).

在头顶维护面板50VU，确认ENG/FADEC GND PWR/1(2)按钮开关上的ON灯已熄灭。确认禁止启动FADEC 1(2)的警告提示牌在位。
(3) Make sure that the access platform is in position.  
   确认接近梯在位
(4)Make sure that strakes are installed on the inboard fan cowl doors of each propulsion system.
确认每个发动机的内侧风扇整流罩上已安装好涡流发生器（strakes）

A. Remove filler plugs of the hoist points from the fan cowl door. Keep the filler plugs for installation when the task is complete.

B. Installation of the Tooling

(1) Install the universal attach pads (15) in the hoist points on the fan cowl door (10).

在风扇整流罩门（10）吊点上安装通用连接垫（15）
 
(2) Attach the SLING-FAN COWL (RSE1113) to the universal attach pads (15).

将风扇整流罩吊索（RSE1113）连接至通用连接垫（15）
 
(3) Install the THREAD PROTECTOR-COWL DOOR BOLT (RSE1117) (25) on each of the hinge bolt (20).

在每个铰接螺栓（20）上安装“螺纹保护套-整流罩门螺栓”（RSE1117）（25）

C. Installation of the Fan Cowl Door

(1) Use the SLING-FAN COWL (RSE1113) (5) to lift the fan cowl door (10) and put it into position on the engine.

(2) Make sure the fan cowl door hinge is aligned with the pylon hinge fitting.

(3) Install the hinge bolts (20) and the washers (45) in the sequence that follows: Forward, center, rear. The bolt heads must point forward.

按下列顺序安装铰接螺栓（20）和垫片（45）：前、中、后。螺栓头必须朝前

D. Remove the thread protectors from the hinge bolts (20).

(1) Install the washers (30) and the nuts (35) on the hinge bolts (20).

(3) Tighten the bolts finger tight and install new (IPC-CSN 71-13-11-01-010) cotter pins (40).

G. Removal of the Tooling

J. Examine the door clearance and make sure the door latches are tight. If the clearance does not agree with the acceptable limits or if the latches are loose then adjust the fan cowl door latches (Ref. AMM TASK 71-13-00-800-041) .
