职位描述:
Responsibilities
Interfacing with customers and suppliers, you will be in charge of administrating incoming and outgoing OEM components to ensure on-time deliveries, and will be responsible to :



Respond to incoming spare parts requests
Process orders and update inventory database
Send products and service quotations to customers
Create purchase orders and ensure follow-up with repair stations and OEM
Prepare shipping documents in accordance to customer request, and track incoming deliveries from Europe and Asia
Generate invoices and review payment status with Finance department
Coordinate customs handling declarations
Monitor parts reception, stock, pick & pack, labeling, shipping with logistics department
Control deliveries with logistics department
Interface with domestic and overseas logistics operation centers
Participate to inventory planning forecast
Co-ordinate shipping and liaise with logistics departments on inventory availability in the event of AOG
Advise delivery status to customers and edit KPI
Maintaining up-to-date records
Report to the Commercial Operation Supervisor


Requirements


Bachelor degree in supply chain, logistics or business administration
Minimum 5-year aviation-related experience
Fluent English and Chinese languages read, written, spoken, strong verbal and written communication skills
Customer service-oriented, professional
Responsive and courteous at all times
Must be proficient in common office PC English applications
IT knowledge with MFG-PRO would be a plus
Ability to work under pressure / multi-task - oriented
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Team-working spirit
