在trados中翻译ppt、excel文件

ppt 文件的翻译：
1.打开trados workbench
2.打开tageditor
3.将文件拖入tageditor
4.运行workbench ，翻译
5.翻完后，打开workbench 中的tools，点击 cleanup
6.将.ppt.ttx文件拖入“files to cleanup”，
7.点击close
8.clearup后生成ppt文件
（ppt转成 ttx 文件以后，不能挪动位置 ，否则会出现：connection with server application error。）

htm/html文件的翻译：
1-7同上
8.clearup后生成htm/html文件

excel文件的翻译：
1.先将excel另存为htm/html格式
2-8同上1-7
9.clearup后生成htm/html文件
10.生成 .html 文件以后，用excel 打开这个 .html 文件
11.另存为 .xls 文件
