150 PSI球形止回阀和底阀 PVC, CPVC, PP, PVDFDN15至DN100公称通径 150 PSI Ball Check and Foot Valves PVC, CPVC, PP, PVDF 1/2" through 4" Nominal Sizes 范围 Scope 　　这个规定制定了对于用于工业、商业和民用压力管道系统，低成本、使用寿命长和耐腐蚀性能为最重要考虑因素的PVC, CPVC, PP, 和PVDF球形止回阀和PVC, CPVC底阀的生产制造的要求。最大工作温度为：PVC, 60oC; CPVC, 100oC; PP, 82oC; PVDF, 138oC. 　　This specification establishes the manufacturing requirements for PVC, CPVC, PP, and PVDF ball check and PVC, CPVC foot valves intended for use in industrial, commercial, and residential pressure-piping systems, where cost-effective, longterm resistance to corrosion is of prime importance. Maximum service temperatures are: PVC, 140oF; CPVC, 210oF; PP, 180oF; PVDF, 280oF. 材料 Materials 　　主要零部件应该由下列之一构造： 　　Major component parts shall be constructed from one of the following: 　　NPS(美国标准直管螺纹), DN15 - DN100, PVC(聚氯乙烯)，根据ASTM D1784，单元类别为12454，工业灰色。 　　NPS 1/2 – 4 PVC (polyvinyl chloride), Cell Class 12454 per ASTM D 1784, industrial gray in color. 　　NRS, DN15 - DN100, CPVC (氯化聚氯乙烯)，根据ASTM D 1784，单元类别为23447，工业淡灰色。 　　NPS 1/2 – 4 CPVC (chlorinated polyvinyl chloride), Cell Class 23447 per ASTM D 1784, industrial light gray in color. 　　NPS, DN15 - DN50, PP (聚丙烯)，根据ASTM D 4101, 单元类别为PP0110-M30-A10120 (玻璃填充材料)和单元类别为PP0110-B67157 (无填充材料)。这些材料应该为深黑色。 　　NPS 1/2 – 2 PP (polypropylene) Cell Class PP0110-M30-A10120 (glass-filled material) and Cell Class PP0110-B67157 (unfilled material) as per ASTM D 4101. PP and PVDF socketend connections shall be suitable for heat-fusion welding as specified in ASTM D 2567 Technique I.
