Responsibilities:
1.Control customer account for repairs on a day to day basis to ensure their needs are met in an efficient and prompt manner.
2.Communicate with customers on commercial and minor technical issues - including all customers inquires.
3.Provide quotations to the customer whilst ensuring targeted gross profit margins are met.
4.Administrate warranty charges to OEM and customer.
5.Provide exchange unit service to the customer upon request - includes order maintenance and invoicing.
6.Generate, verify and issue invoices to the customers within stipulated time frame.
7.Maintenance of order book for allocated customers, which includes regularly updated estimates.
8.Provide internal report and external report as requested by Customer Service Supervisor.
9.Cross train and provide back up to other Customer Service Controllers.
10.Recommend internal procedure revisions to Customer Service Supervisor.
11.Undertake any other duties as assigned by the Customer Service Supervisor.
Job Specification:
1.Bachelor degree or above
2.Work experience in customer service field is preferred
3.Good inter-personal and communication skills
4.Fluent in spoken and written English; At least passed CET-6 or equivalent.
5.Computer literate
