Approaching Fix:
Flaps 0 speed + 30 KIAS
Fix Outbound:
Flaps - 20 degrees
Landing Gear - Dow
Inbound to the fix (3miles):
Flaps - 30 degrees
Flaps 30 speed + 5 KIAS
Before Landing Check - Complete
Approaching FAF:
Flaps - 45 degrees
VREF + WIND
Touchdown:
Spoilers - Check Deployed
Brakes - Apply
Thrust reversers - Deploy
Missed Approach:
Go-Around Thrust
Go-Around switch - Press
Flaps - 20 degrees
Go-Around Attitude
Positive Rate of Climb
Landing Gear - Up
Retract Flaps on Schedule
For a straight - in approach (when abeam the fix):
Flaps 20 speed + 20 KIAS
Flaps - 20 degrees
NOTE: NON - PRECISION APPROACH
Missed Approach Point (MAP);
Runway in sight:
Timing - Start
Minimum Descent Altitude (MDA)
(Maximum correction Descend to MDA
Flaps 20 speed + 20 KIAS
is +20 KIAS)
Continue descent on normal
3-degree glide path
Final Approach Fix:
REV 44, Nov 08/01
